Optional WhatsApp messaging
WhatsApp is optional and requires explicit opt-in. Phone numbers are stored only to deliver consent-based operational messages such as account confirmations, check-in reminders and secure links back to your account.
Your controls
You may reply STOP to stop optional WhatsApp messages or withdraw consent in account privacy settings. Stopping WhatsApp messages does not automatically delete your Wellness account.
Separate from business systems
Wellness SARA data is handled separately from archived SARA Business customer records. General free-text WhatsApp messages are not sent to an external AI model.
